During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to complying with the health and safety guidelines provided by the Government and also protecting our employees’ health and wellbeing.

We have made the following changes to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the high-quality services you expect from us, whilst keeping our staff safe.

Limited visitors onsite 

We are limiting the number of onsite visitors and have asked people only to visit us if it’s absolutely essential.

Our office-based staff are working from home on rotation

To ensure that we can continue offering you a ‘business as usual’ service, our office staff are now working from home on rotation. There will be less office staff onsite; however, they will still be working and will always be contactable during business hours.

Our lab is still open

We operate a large lab, so our engineers can continue working at a safe distance. We continue to offer repairs, servicing and refurbishment as usual. 

Cleaning equipment on arrival and before delivery

Any machine that comes in for repair will be cleaned on arrival. We will also clean repaired and new machines before dispatch.
