How does it work?
If you are experiencing an issue with your equipment, all you need to do it log a ticket with us and one of our engineers will call you. During this call, the engineer will take you through a process to help to rapidly diagnose the issue over the phone.
Once the issue has been identified, we will come to your premises to collect the equipment and take it away to our centrally located repair centre.
Once it arrives at our repair centre, one of our engineers will get to work repairing the issue.
If the diagnosed issue will require longer time in our repair centre, we will provide a loan machine free of charge for you to use whilst your machine is absent.
Once the equipment has been repaired, we will deliver it back to your premises ready for use again. And if you have loaned a machine from us, we will collect this and bring it back to our repair centre.
