As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve and wreak havoc across the globe, we want to take the opportunity to reassure our customers that we are wholly committed to supporting their needs and are still here to provide services, should they need them.
Through this unprecedented crisis, here at Imagex Medical, it is still business as usual, but in a totally different way.
Following the Government’s announcement on 23 March 2020, we took the decision to close our offices with immediate effect, therefore our office-based staff are now working from home. Whilst protecting the health and safety of our team is paramount, we have been able to quickly change our ways of working to ensure we can continue offering you our top-quality ‘business as usual’ service.
Although our office doors are currently closed, our phone lines and emails remain open, and we are still contactable during our normal office hours (9am-5pm).
Our repair lab is still open, and our Lab Technicians continue to provide our essential repair services to NHS and private hospitals up and down the country.
We have made these changes to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the high-quality services you expect from us whilst also complying with the Government Guidelines and we will continue to provide our clients with our essential services during this lockdown period.
We would like to reiterate that we are still fully contactable during this time and still offering our vital services to all existing, new and potential clients.
